I bought this product for work. They help keep my desk and projects organized. Will be buying more for home.
I use these to organize my printed documentation when I travel. I wish the same thing in a light plastic was available for increased durability. Staples doesn't have this item so glad Amazon came through for me.
These Smead Slash Pocket Folders are great to organize and distribute documents that I did not want to staple or drill holes in. Made a very impressive and sturdy presentation, when I made the cover sheet align with the right margin, and the colors are truly bright and bold (unlike some folders in washed out colors). Using this type of folder instead of a regular file folder is a must if you do not want your papers falling out, wrinkled sheets and bent corners on documents. A place for your business card on the front completes this pocket folder.
It is as durable as a manila folder. I like it, very handy for using it in your backpack, because I can just pull papers out without having to take the entire folder out. I like especially that it came with so many folders of different colors. A good purchase, I must say.
I am a Tastefully Simple consultant and I use these folders at parties to pass around the catalogs, order forms, flyers, etc. Seeing that these are food parties, they do get some food on them, but surprisingly it wipes off (they are paper, but if you get to them fast enough they don't stain, at least not with dips!). They are durable and I love them so far! I would definitely purchase them again in the future if I need replacements!
I work for 2 CPAs and we decided instead of printing out the client copies of the tax returns, we would burn a cd for those clients willing to accept them. We saved a lot of money on paper. These folders neatly hold the cd and any backup information that needs to be returned to the client. Unfortunately I can't seem to find them in other colors.
