Great quality considering the small price. I was worried it might be a little flimsy since the bars looked quite thin in the photos, but the whole product is quite sturdy (sturdy enough for several heavy towels on the shelf and wet towels hanging on the bars). The finish is very high quality also. Many things advertised as having a brushed nickel finish are very cheap looking, and the finish is not made to last... not the case with this product. I would definitely purchase another Gatco product based on the quality and price of this towel rack.
I bought this to replace the towel bar in my master bath & add a bit more towel storage space. Overall it is a nice product. But it is designed to hold hotel sized towels. Most of us have larger towels at home. You have to scrunch your towels up in the pars to hang 2 per bar & they will hang off the edge on the shelf. The appearance is very nice & assy was easy. Sturdily built too, should last for a long time.
I looked for alot of hotel towel racks and you will find this one fits the bill. Solidly constructed and works in small areas. Good find!
I was very happy with the Hotel Towel Rack. It was nice quality, easy to put together and the price was right. If you have shopped hotel racks you will see how expensive hotel racks can be.The only thing is, I would have liked it to be in the 24" size... I think it would be fit the towels a little better.
After going through a major bathroom remodeling project, we knew we needed the right towel rack to fit in just the right spot. It was a relief to find a hotel style towel rack in the size and finish (satin nickel)we needed. It arrived promptly, and was easy to assemble. It is not only very sturdy, looks great!
We ordered one for a new bathroom. Like the simple lines and utility, also wanted brushed nickel. It is very substantial and easy to assemble and install. My husband liked the first one, so I ordered a second one for a second bathroom. I rated it four stars instead of five only because the second item ordered did not include the screws needed to attach it to the wall. It was easier and quicker just to pick up the needed hardware instead of contacting the company. But the package REALLY should have had everything included.
