   Very nice faucet, I like the height, makes it easy to wash dishes. Easy to install (although instructions were confusing...but then I know nothing about plumbing). All items included (no screws for the handles, took me a while to realize they "snap" on and did not require screws). Seems like very good quality, guess I will find out in 10-20 years. Faucet swivels easily. Cold water turns on by turning clockwise (opposite of usual) but I guess that is standard in many faucets today...but I do not like this method. And i like the idea of the simplicity of this faucet, it does not have an internal sprayer, which i really do not want, making it more reliable in my opinion.P.S. This has nothing to do with the rating, but this was purchased on the 2nd and shipped on the 4th. The problem is they said delivery would be on the 20th. OVER A TWO WEEK DELIVERY? Not sure what that was about but I needed this a lot sooner than that (stressful).
