   2 years ago we had these 17kw units installed at my parents' house and a friend's house. They have worked reliably through outages from 5 minutes to 36 hours. I recently purchased one and it was delivered on a lift-gate truck in 3 days. The new units have an advanced control board that supports a wireless readout that you can have in the house. It also communicates with the new Nexus transfer switches to offer load-shedding of 2 HVAC units (built in) + 4 others (requires optional hardware).
