Making double-sided doors has never been easier! Set contains Premier Adjustable Quarter Round Rail and Stile Bits with upper and lower profile cutters to mill tenons of any length! Simply remove the top portion of the cutter (including bearing and spindle) to produce the front of the long tenon profile for blind tenons, through tenons or bridle joints. These precise bits work for any door 5/8" to 1-1/4" thick. Unique cutter geometry virtually eliminates tearout. Adjustable shims enable a tight fit when using plywood and also allow use with thick panels from 7/32" to 1/4" thick. High-density carbide composition and Perma-Shield coating lengthen bit life and protect against heat and pitch build-up. 1/2" shanks.

While the product itself works fine...the instructions provided are the worst I have ever seen....so small was the print, that I needed a magnifier to read the instructions.....and the instructions werelaid out in a single 1 page giant brochure...without any numbering to tell where to start, and how to proceed....a real mess....it took me hours to figure it out....only after, I began printing small portions of the single large page, into small usable section. and then like a jigsaw puzzle, somehow figured out a logical sequence for how to proceed...All done I might add, on my own !!! Real Bad design...and no help from Freud on line either ! If I hadn't already bought the wood stock, which I wanted to use for my project and these doubled sided router bits, ....I would have returned it.
